Canvas has a diverse client base of more than 70 clients spread across 12 office locations across London. Vista’s brief was to provide a comprehensive shared inventory system allowing easy location and retrieval, managed efficiently and cost effective for short and long term storage.
Project delivery was to:
- Install the ASSETSPIRE System with client access enabling items to be called up on a daily basis if required, items to be placed on the stock system on arrival etc.
- Provide a safe and secure delivery and storage hub that can process large quantities of product in and out
- Provide a stock control portal to manage assets
- Have logistical capabilities to work alongside Canvas, their clients and other contractors, ensuring that projects remained on schedule.
