Vista Recycling – Increase Services to include Clinical & Hazardous Waste
Vista would like to announce that our Recycling Division is increasing its services range to include Clinical & Hazardous Waste Disposal services.
Clinical waste that arises from healthcare activities or laboratories and other hazardous waste products, if not treated appropriately, can pose a dangerous threat to the environment and health therefore, our hazardous waste disposal processes are compliant with legislation (CWR – Controlled Waste Regulations 2012). This means your waste will be collected, handled, and rendered safe in an efficient and proper manner.
We have a specialist team lead by an expert in compliance to work with clients to assess their hazardous and/or clinical waste needs and create the appropriate and safe disposal solution, responding quickly and efficiently when needs arise.
We are not amongst the corporate giants in this service area, but we are able offer our clients the reassurance they will not get lost within a huge system. We can provide a quick and personal service in as little as two hours* from request to collection.

Mediacom Internal Relocation
MediaCom is one of the world’s leading media agencies.
They plan and buy media for their clients around the world offering specialist services in digital, ROI and direct response, consumer insights and research, business science, sponsorship, sports marketing.
As our new client, Mediacom called upon us to undertake an internal relocation and reconfiguration of 400 personnel workstations including IT Decom & Recom, and personal effects.
The project took place at their London offices where the relocation was over four floors and which, required Vista staff to follow an intricate plan, supplied by the client. We were required to supply and distribute personal and IT crates and ensure these were positioned in the new placements accurately, reconfigure existing furniture to fit its new location and decom/recom IT equipment. Our staff responded positively to last minute changes, ensuring a successful outcome and the whole relocation was accomplished with minimal disruption to our client’s business.
All excess furnishings and assets were removed to our storage facility and Vista’s Recycling Operation processed all waste products in an environmentally sensitive manner.
All desks were cleaned and refurbished if required in their new location, giving a pristine appearance to the reconfigured offices.
All in all, another successful project for Vista and another happy customer!
BUPA Move House
BUPA, the international healthcare group, contacted us recently to discuss their planned de-centralisation from their Head Office at Angel Court, London to various locations across the UK. Vista was appointed to be responsible for the clearance of business assets from the premises and the storage of thousands of items until they were assigned to their forward destination. Our Commercial Graphics team’s remit was to go through the building to de-brand all references to BUPA in preparation for hand-over, ensuring that BUPA did not incur any additional post-move costs for restoration.
The removal of graphics from lifts and walls required appropriate treatments to ensure that there wasn’t any damage during the process. Not only were the internal surfaces given the Vista treatment but also, the main BUPA logo was removed from Angel Court’s impressive sandstone facade.
This project demonstrates Vista’s ability to quickly provide bespoke workspace solutions, relocation services, bulk storage and commercial graphics solutions.

Vista – Flying High with Newrest!
Newrest is a global leader in multi-sector catering selling its expertise to 48 countries with services including in-flight and buy on-board, rail and group catering and duty free. They recently acquired new larger premised at Heathrow and Manchester airports and commissioned Vista’s Commercial Graphics department to design, manufacture and install signage to span the frontage of both premises.
Several signs were required, the largest being 3 metre high lettering, spanning a 30 metres frontage so that it could be seen from adjacent roads.
Newrest’s requirements were very exacting, requiring colour-matching, light testing to determine the best visual effects in changing conditions and fabrication in a form that minimised visible fixings and all installations were completed at height.
Large signage requires good planning, design, methodology and installation and Newrest is another of Vista’s clients who were completely satisified with the outcome. We look forward to working with them again very soon.

Top Safety Accreditation for Vista Workspace Solutions Ltd t/a The Vista Group
Yet again, local business The Vista Group has been awarded accreditation from Alcumus SafeContractor for achieving excellence in health and safety in the workplace.
Alcumus SafeContractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises extremely rigorous standards in health and safety management amongst contractors. It is used by thousands of organisations in the UK including SMEs and FTSE 100 companies.
The Vista Group is principally involved in the Business Change sector, specialising in commercial relocations and move management, workspace solutions, recycling and commercial graphics. Vista’s most recent clients have included major players such as BUPA Healthcare.
The company’s application for SafeContractor accreditation was driven by the need for a uniform standard across the business. SafeContractor accreditation will enhance the company’s ability to win new contracts, and its commitment to safety will be viewed positively by its insurers when the company liability policy is up for renewal. The Vista Group Commercial Graphics Division has been showing their prowess by installing aesthetic graphics at three Wework locations for our clients Oktra.
- Firstly, installing privacy frosting to glass partitioned meeting rooms,

- Thirdly, increasing safe access by installing graphic designs to clear glass speedgate panels.

Vista Group Opens a New Warehouse
