PROJECT BRIEF:
Undertake an internal relocation and reconfiguration of 400 personnel including IT Decom/Recom, and personal effects over four floors.
VISTA PROJECT DELIVERY:
- Relocate 400 staff with accompanying workstations and effects over four floors according to client’s plans.
- Follow intricate plan, supplied by the client to ensure minimal disruption.
- Supply and distribute personal and IT crates and ensure these were positioned in the new placements accurately
- Reconfigure existing furniture to fit its new location.
- Decom/recom IT equipment.
- Respond positively to last minute changes and adjust project planning accordingly.
- Remove excess furnishings and assets to the Vista Client Storage Facility.
- Vista’s Recycling Operation processed all waste products in an environmentally sensitive manner.
- Clean and refurbish all desks as required in their new location, giving a pristine appearance to the reconfigured offices.
